These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rankships website. By using the website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our services and client agreements

The website describes the WordPress design, development and SEO services we offer. Information on the website is for general purposes and is not an offer to provide services.

When you engage us for a project, the scope, deliverables, timeline and other terms are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence.

3. Free consultations

Free consultations are offered without obligation. Booking a consultation does not create a client relationship. Any recommendations we share during a consultation are general in nature and based on the information available at the time. Requested meeting times are confirmed only when we send you a calendar invitation.

4. No guarantee of search rankings

Search engines such as Google control their own results and algorithms, which change frequently. While we use proven, white-hat methods, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. Results described on this website, including case studies and testimonials, reflect individual client experiences and are not a promise of future results.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• Interfere with the website's security or performance, including through automated scraping or spam;

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
